N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center offers gardening education for homeowners through the Consumer Horticulture Program. In 2019, we offered 27 classes about a variety of gardening topics.

As we plan our future classes and activities, we need your help. What do you want to learn about? What’s the best way for you to get gardening information? Let us know by completing this 5-question survey.

The survey is anonymous and will only take a few minutes of your time. You are invited to participate in the survey, even if you’ve never been to one of our classes. We will use this information as we plan gardening activities in 2020 and beyond.

At N.C. Cooperative Extension, we are always looking for ways to serve you better! We value your feedback, so please take a moment to complete this survey. This will help guide us as we plan educational classes in the future.

THANK YOU for your participation!
