Get ready to roll into a morning of fun, learning, and bicycle safety at our Bicycle Rodeo on Saturday, September 12, from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at the Farm Credit Farmers Market!
Wayne County Cooperative Extension is proud to partner with the Partnership for Children through the Safe Kids Coalition and the Goldsboro Optimist Club to create a hands-on event that encourages healthy, active lifestyles while teaching children the skills they need to ride safely and confidently.
Families are invited to bring their children's bicycles and helmets to participate in a variety of engaging activities, including helmet checks, a bicycle skills course, an interactive obstacle course, hydration stations, and other family-friendly activities. Experienced volunteers and community partners will be on hand to provide guidance, encouragement, and bicycle safety education throughout the event.
