Coordinate and implement the Juntos Program to support the academic success, leadership development, and educational opportunities of youth and families. Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, families, community organizations, NC State University, Cooperative Extension, and other grant partners to support program growth and sustainability. Recruit and engage students and families through Family Nights, 4-H Club meetings, workshops, success Coaching, and Summer Academy programming. Manage program operations, including participant records, attendance, meeting documentation, evaluation data, and program communications. Promote program successes through outreach, social media, photography, and success stories while participating in ongoing Juntos training and staff meetings.
